Answer to OP's Question, in short:
Dunno if that question was in Dr. Ecchi but ill answer it anyway.
Women experience orgasms the same way as men: Muscular(?) contractions.. Men can ejaculate(with or without orgasm) and have an orgasm(mostly with, RARELY and with shitloads of training, without)
Women can have Vaginal, Clitoris and g-spot orgasms as far as i know. Vaginal and G-spot orgasms can be multiple, but nowhere near as nice as clitoris orgasms. Don't think Clitoris orgasms can be multiple since they're so intense and leaves the clitoris very sensitive.
Orgasms for Women depend on how much they're warmed up. You can give a girl 4-9 orgasms or something, and the next day, 1 or none.. A funny thing that made me wonder, was when my ex had about 10-12 orgasms, and then after a while i gave her 3 and she said they were the best she ever had..
Which means.. Women are cheaters! hell i'd choose 10-12 consecutive orgasms over 3 anyday.. especially since men can't have as powerful ones as females.

hmm thats strange. i have all of the german scans and the manga ends with volume 30 as "complete".

after this the futari ecchi for ladies begins with 1 volume for the time beeing.

maybe they cancled the manga in germany cuz here it stops with volume 30
