While not structured to be "educational" in the pattern of FE, "Love Junkies" is a rather cute and funny ecchi series that can be found right here on Stoptazmo. Highly recommended.
Love junkies is probably the most similar (although more porn, less education), if you just want it for the porn though, download Maka-Maka and love junnkies.

Well first, you're going to find more education by opening your history text book.
I haven't found any other "porn" manga's like Futari Ecchi.
Love Junkies is good. I'll have to check out this Maka-Maka now though.
check some mangas at ***********. i browse there before & learned that there are ecchi mangas out there!!
