where/how can I watch FE on the internet without using torrents? (if it's possible).

I don't think you can get it through streamed video (unless someone can correct me on that), most likely you will have to download it, in your case, direct download would probably be best. I used to have a link, but I can't find it now.

Try on Youtube.. That's a place where it has a lot of anime. That's the only one I can think of.

go to g2p.org and type in futari ecchi. you might be lucky and find it

I'm pretty sure you can watch it on Veoh.com
That's where I watched all of the series.
Just search for Futari Ecchi and you should find it. ;D

There are only four episodes of FE.

Yeah.. confirmed in veoh.com...Not only Futari ecchi but many other ecchi animes and pop animes. Just dont forget to turn off family filter. <<its better than youtube coz theres lot to watch....
