try using Google Search Engine to find out what is a torrent file. basically it is a Peer-To-Peer program. sharing files over the internet. you need a torrent program (there are many torrent programs around the world ; i'm using Bittorent Officla) and a "torrent" file (usually small in size). run it with Bittorent, and you have to wait untul it's done downloading. after finish, don't delete the file (it's called "seeder" ).
