No, but the shortest time i have ever recovered after masturbation is 1 minute but i only did that once as i had to sleep for 3 hours because of the exhaustion. I think exertion should have an effect so at the most it should take 3-4 minutes.

Re: Catching VD with your mouth. Humans have pretty thin protective covering in our genital areas. We also do inside our mouths. Not surprisingly, it's pretty easy to catch anything with your mouth that you would with your naughty bits. I think that as a matter of practice you're less likely to catch some things with your mouth simply because you would be grossed out by the genitalia of someone with some types of VD (but not others, sadly).
