PS-i recind my "nice find"as i just looked in the Profiles book,in the back it states the guy and where we can be found...and you list them worked for word in the order he was shown...

who knows...maybe its a joke char, like pandaman in one piece anime

Actually i never read the guide book, but i got the places from another fr=orum. and actually the one on page 54 of book 4 i found myself.

Maybe it's just a people drawn to fill up space that happen to have the same hairstyle because the artist got lazy or something...

By the way, the guy never has black hair.

If you read the FMA Profiles Manga guide there's a small section dedicated to what or who he is. But like kingkrnpride said, it's just a joke character.
Most manga artists put in a reoccurring element just for fun, but it usually never means anything ^_^ …So don't get excited.

YEah, that's most likely, but it seemed exciting because of the possibility of what he was (pride was a theory) but now that we kno who pride is its kinda boring......
