Speculation of what will happen

I just finished looking at the FMA 68 RAW and I am guessing on what might happen next; Judging by the last page is looks like Bradley/Wrath calls Winry and somehow convinces her to go see Ed up North. Kimbley will see her and know who she is (In the flashback chapters he found a photo of Winry on her dead parents). Realizing the Elric brothers are up to no good Kimbley will be ordered to keep an eye on Winry so just in case Ed & Al try anything funny Kimbley will blow her up. Then through some certain circumstances Scar will pop up and end up defending Winry from Kimbley.

Does anyone think that crazy shadow was pride?

oh.. that's quite possible since we've never seen anything like it before.

I don't know about pride .. but this thing reminded me of the countless hands that pop out of the gate when there is human transmutation. It is really unlikely, but maybe this is some kind of a defense mechanism,to protect the tunnel and father, that functions on the same principal as the gate does.
of course , regardless of the hands, it just had 1 mouth and 2 eyes but.. but hey we are just speculating here :P
also , what about ed's father ? since he is immortal could he be like the new greed? although he doesn't seem to be pride...

The new Greed is the asian dude who was looking for immortality.

I'm more worried about what's going to happen to Winry.

I wonder if its posible what that big dude was Pride... Since he was the only 1 former Greed asked about, and the answer was "He is working"... He cud have few "Mods" in behavior/appearence or few stupid "parts".

i think winry mite die but scar will jump in front of the attack. coz he was responsible for her parents deaths (i believe) and since he recognized her by her hair and features and stuff. i wunder is kimbley mite become the new pride after they find and kill him/her/it

I think Mustang may intervene in the whole Winry incident. The meeting between Winry and Kimbley is pretty much fated. I like DOH's idea the best about how that encounter should go, but Scar is busy with his own things.

i think i posted this in one of the chapter threads, but i believe while everyone is concentrated up north, mustang and his general friend might be able to storm central with an army or something and seize power.

the thing is, the only thing left in the antagonists' plan is to create bloodshed up north. and it's a lot easier to create bloodshed than to prevent it. sure, there could be a pitched battle between Crimson + Homunculus + whatever back-up troops vs Ed + Al + Armstrong and her forces + Scar, and the good guys might win, but in the end, there's going to be lots of bloodshed and the circle would be complete anyway.
