Fullmetal RPG on forums?

THIS IS NOT A SURE THING JUST A QUESTIONAIRE!

I was wondering if I were to host a really hardcore rpg on FMA how many people would be intrested?
I'd base it onto a PAST search for the philosopher that would be broken up into several playable and intertwineable groups, Alchemists, Military, and Homonculus (Ishballan's, Chimera's, and other races would be a possibility as well, depending on amount of people)
I have the basics of an in-depth idea (oxymoron) for this but I will not host it unless I can get ten people for each race (maybe more)

JUST POST WHETHER YOU APPROVE OR NOT, DO NOT GIVE ME CHARACTER STATS OR WHATNOT, DO NOT TELL ME YOU WANNA BE EDWARD ELRIC OR SCAR, AS WELL AS I WILL IMMEDIATELY BACK DOWN IF THE MODS DON'T WANT ME TO DO AN RPG!!

We need 10 person for each race so minimally we need 20 persob

With too much people it would be hard - 20 people means 20 post for each round, if someone will be absent (GMT problem), it will end up with reading 100 posts. The lesser people there is, the game will have more chances to survive.
