Especially since it will only be the second game. I say, either add nothing or add only the masons, since they have a more localized impact on the game. (Only affecting two people at the start of the game, instead of giving someone else a new ability that they can use throughout.) They also seem like the easiest role to understand out of the ideas listed, and it's probably good to keep it simple until more people have had a chance to play and are more used to how it works.
