Yeah. A person who had the voting power of 2 would be interesting. Although the person would be figured out in a couple of days though.
My vote is for the roles to be as simple as possible for now. We're all still getting used to everything and stuff. This was even my first game >.>
I don't think we should do a day/night in 2/1 days anymore.
We should just kill someone in majority meaning there is no time limit.
It's easier and we could avoid speed-lynching.
Also, I think we should use this format:
4 Mafia Goons
4/3/2 cops/seers(including insane and such) and/or 2/1 guardians and 1 governor and 2 masons
and the townies are whatever is left over.
Serial Killer-BTW, the serial killer cannot be converted to townie like the cannibal.
Also, you could try out multiple Mafias......

I have to say that all of the ideas are good ones, but I think it would get really complicated really fast if too many of them are included at once.
Especially since it will only be the second game. I say, either add nothing or add only the masons, since they have a more localized impact on the game. (Only affecting two people at the start of the game, instead of giving someone else a new ability that they can use throughout.) They also seem like the easiest role to understand out of the ideas listed, and it's probably good to keep it simple until more people have had a chance to play and are more used to how it works.
Just my opinion.

That's...incredible. No, really. Impressive.
But it will only be our second game here, and I don't think we're...quite at that level of play just yet.

umm... Whats the deal with the insane, naive, whatever?
I'm up for whatever, though.
Insane just means disruptive I think. So basically the insane person's job is to confuse everyone.
Not too sure about naive
I think we should use the pro-town/pro-mafia method of pinging.
We don't know their role when we ping them only which side they are on.
Insane Cop/Seer - gets opposite results, for example he pinged a mafia, he gets the result townie.
Naive Cop/Seer - Thinks everyone is innocent gets the same result: Townie
Paranoid Cop/Seer - Thinks everyone is mafia.....
with a group of 25 people...
having more roles would probably be more fun. Then people wouldn't be bored if they were a regular townie...
