I think there is too many pro Townie roles. Like the chief of police..I mean, what are his role in the game, besides being a "trap" for the mafia? =/

The martyr is fine, cause that role can be of use for the townies. But the coroner can only find out the role of dead players right? Meaning, people roles wont be told to the public after their are dead?

And the detective is just a regualar seer?

Other then that, I think it looks ok.. But I dont think you should add the vamps. we allready got Masons, then it would be too confusing.

Yeah like I said nothing is solid yet, and it looks like the vamp might just be a Rambo/Berserker type role.

Have to agree there, I was thinking of even maybe going a step further.

Here is how the thread might look:

Rules:
If you don't post within two game days you die, unless you tell about your absence before hand.
No double lynch, this never works, if two people tie it is a draw.
You can not post your role pm or pm it to some else. Anyone who I hear about doing this will be killed off, no exceptions. (I might give the mafia fakes if this looks bad.)

Win Conditions:
Townies win: The werewolf and the mafia are all dead.
Mafia wins: Werewolf is dead and they equal half the living population
Werewolf wins: Everyone other than the werewolf is dead.

Roles:
Coroner - Views the role of one person every night.
Mafia Boss - Requires at least 50% of the remaining players to vote for him to be lynched, can not kill unless other Mafia members are alive. If he is killed while there are other members are alive, they get an extra kill that night.
Mafioso x 4? - How many people sign up will affect their numbers same as always.
Martyr - No other deaths that night.
Paramedic - May save one person every night, can prevent aids, can't stop a werewolf attack. The only person they may not save is their self.
Mayor - Vote during lynch counts as two, they can prevent a lynch, but then all people lose faith in the mayor and he becomes inactive. If the mayor is killed a vote will be held the next night for the new one. Votes will be PMed to me and the result will be secret.
Detective x 2 - A seer basically.
Masons x 2 - They begin with only two members, they can invite a new one every night. They have no special abilities other than knowing who each other are, new members may keep their roles secret.
Suicide Bomber - They can kill at any time even during the day. They are townie aligned though that doesn't mean they won't kill a townie. They die along with their victim.
Prostitute - They can block a role once a night and transmit AIDS, they can choose to be Mafia or townie aligned, their alignment won't show up when pinged.
AIDS carrier - They are the first case of AIDS the only way the prostitute can get them is through this player. A person with AIDS dies after three days that includes the prostitute.
Werewolf - Can kill one person every night, aligned to their self.
Fool - The fool must change their vote to the most recent lynch vote whenever they make a post.
Priest - Gets a chance to kill the werewolf every night, however if the person they choose isn't a werewolf that person knows their role.
Shifty Villager - The person with this role seems to be Mafia whenever pinged. On the plus side like the mayor, their vote counts as two votes.

36-hour days, 12-hour nights? Or, if you're going to get rid of nights, 48-hour days that start/end at a certain set time (that's the same for every day)? It seems long to some, but that's a good amount of time for discussion to occur, I think. We don't need a really short game, because we shouldn't be getting bored of it.

^As for the game start, if you're planning to start it so late, I suggest you postpone sign up for another week, because people who commit now may not be able to later and people who refrain from it now may be able to play.

I get what you are saying but people started signing up and a had a few requests for a list to be made. 9th seems to be there mostly to accommodate bipolar. I had hoped by now, more people would have mentioned when they get out of school, etc.
