That moron, evail, made a specific vote against a specific person. Thing is, you are not playing.

Does that mean it counts as a placeholder, or a lynchvote, meaning the mafia can change that to whatever name they want?

True, but I am not so much concerned about it now, as the possibility later in the game, when most of the smart people are dead, and one stupid vote by a idiot could cause some "really bad."
