^I was actually planning on limiting the number of cops in the game because they have an obvious advantage against other players but meh they're not popular. >.>

anyway. plenty of civilians not enough employees... if sakura isn't playing. I'm gonna have her character play as a NPC. YAY for MAIDS!

but please play. its just gonna run for 3 days. you don't have to be even active. just send me some instructions on what you want to do and I'll let random.org do the other decisions. >_<
