Somehow, I'm starting to worry that maybe someone sent in an anonymous vote... probably the wolf or mafia... and a bunch of us could die tonight. :/ 'Tis worrisome.

Indeed - next to the lynch people who voted on who will be revealed (all names, even if the person you voted on didn't got lynched).

It's only obvious I would - lynches are official and made by townies - even if voting can be done anonymously or other can be just open about whom they vote, votes needs to be counted. That's the townie way (taken almost from Naruto)...

well, it's night phase anyway - you can't vote now.

Mayor power is nowhere near useless - it's detectives who are useless. I will share with some tactic which we always use in mafia game - one of the detectives goes public (but that as well be village idiot to cause havoc) and he narrows someone to be lynched. He asks doctor to save him so he won't be killed by mafia. He can confirm himself by arresting someone. When he confirms someone is mafia but is afraid he will be powervoted, he can ask mayor to make his vote not be counted. Also if Mayor voted and there is tie, it's obvious that mayor will break the tie.

You have a PM system to negotiate with each other whom you want to lynch, you have this thread to discuss whom you want to lynch - mayor power isn't useless - your not giving him opportunity to use it.

BTW : Forgot to add that mayor can be evil - hahaha.
