A daring move indeed.

They all stood in a circle; a ring of death. They each had their weapons drawn, aimed at the heads of those to their left. Like a game of Russian Roulette... or it would be, if it weren't for the fact that each gun was fully loaded.

Bipolar sneered at Adonai, laughing.

"Put it down, you idiot. If you kill me here, you have no idea what I can do to you."

There was a click; Adonai looked over to see Vincent eying Kolox hungrily as he cocked his weapon.

Adonai sighed. He could not afford this. His hand wavered, and slowly lowered to his side.

The sound of gunfire.

Bipolar didn't have time to stop smiling. He didn't have time to look up at the circle of red on his forehead, didn't have time to say a word. He fell over, his fine green suit slowly being dyed a dirty crimson.

Urameshi smiled, blowing the smoke from his gun.

"Like a game of chess, eh? Would that make that... check?"

Hmmm, I had hoped, adonai, that you would be wise enough to take advantage of the two-corp-members-left-and-two sides scenario, but, it seems I am let down.
Uremeshi, you seem the more reasonable of the two. If you will get rid of adonai, we will gladly rid you of that pesky _Vincent_.

Also, El Gus, I think that everyone here would like a PUBLIC explanation of why adonai was not killed last night. Bipolar is a east side member, and properly voted for him, and in the correct amount of time. Care to explain?

At 2:58 am bipolar voted adonai. That he changed it at 4 pm, after the vote ended, means nothing. adonai was vote killed last night.

Except for the fact that you are already dead. We will get this sorted out.

We will follow the letter of the law, as you have. Bipolar vote killed you last night, and the fact that he edited the vote out AFTER the votes closed does not take away the validity of that vote.

^ Actually, if we follow the letter of the law, I still wouldn't be dead, there were two posts and two edits, you weren't around for the first edit which defaulted it to "east side: adonai".

I'm sorry, but I explained the method to both you AND Urameshi. Either of you can post what I wrote if you want, but I'll summarize it here.

There is no way for me to know, when a person edits their vote, what the original vote had been. If a person edits their vote after the end of the day's allotted time, I am forced to discount that entire post. I cannot be sure what was there before or what was new and, not that I don't believe you, there is no way for me to actually prove that unless someone for some reason took a screencap of his vote.

I don't know why he would have taken away his vote, but if he did it's his own fault. No post with a post date or edit stamp timed after the allotted end of the day is included in my counting of the votes. Sorry.
