France has 3 SCs, you will lose 1 unit. (tell me which one to eliminate)
England has 6 SCs, you will get 1 new unit.
Germany has 5 SCs, you will get 1 new unit
Hungary has 4 SCs, no new unit.
Italy has 5 SCs, you will get 2 new units.
