Objective: Tell me what unit you want to add, and at which Home Supply centers. Remember to empty your Home supply Centers (the ones that you'll be creating/adding new unit(s)) by Spring 1902, or you can't add it.
The new units can't do orders yet, they can move after Spring 1902.

Hint: You can create a stand off in your home supply center to make sure it's empty by spring 1902.

Hmm, ok I understand how attacks work, thought if I got attacked, I would have to stop attacking and hold my position. Meaning I would have to cancel my attack and hold. But I guess your game is different that way.

It always has been like that, (from the last game - RISK)
your Fleet in Spain was trying to move to Portugal, but didn't have enough power, it would have stayed in Spain, if it hadn't been attacked by France.

And the retreat is random, I choose whatever I saw first.

You will have your new units on spring 1902. Then you can move your new units after Spring 1902 (Spring 1902 to Fall 1902)

Beware the communists. And yeah, I wasn't really sure about attacking, so I decided to see what would happen. Now I understand. Give me a few days and I'll get a working strategy going. Well if you excuse me. I got some online risk to play.

What does this mean? What order is it Moves > Units > Attacks?

It is a condition, not an order. It is simple, just look at Hungary vs Turkey in Spring 1901. Greece stayed empty because they had equal power, unless there is greater power trying to move in to greece.

...but you can create a stand of space/province by ordering your units to the same space/province with equal power.

Oh btw let me tell you something good, you can do combine with the new unit, but the one who can give the orders has to be the existing unit (not the other way around.)

for example:

new unit:
Army in Ankara
order:
Army Armenia => combine => Ankara

result:
An army with 2 power in Ankara.
