In what order are commands going to be processed, concerning unit creation? Will you read the movements we make first, then once everyone's moved create the new ones? Or make the new ones, then have everyone move?

Why So Green And Lonely? We Are Accidents Waiting To Happen.
Ok I wasn't paying a whole lot of attention and the rules where a little confusing, exactly how can you totaly obliberate an enemy army? If an army is attacked and can't retreat the army is destroyed? can an army be totaly obliberated IE not giving the army a chance of retreat?
and blah blah b;ah

^that's right, either you eliminate them in a battle.
or capture all their supply center.
If they have less SCs than the existing units, they will have to lose that extra unit automatically.
For example, if you own 2 SCs and 3 units on the map, then by next spring, your 1 extra unit will be automatically eliminated.
The addition of new units will come first, and then I will do the orders for existing units.
you can still capture the neutral land that's taken over by other country, but you're right if you want to win, you have to destroy the other country sooner or later.
