Objective: Capture as much as supply center as you can by Fall 1901.
Supply Center is marked with yellow asterisk (e.g. Turkey's supply center: Ankara, Smyrna, Constantinople)

Btw, I think I should explain, you guys probably don't understand or read all the rules:
1. If all of your home supply center is captured, you can not build more units.
For example, Turkey's home supply centers are Ankara, Smyrna, and Constantinople.
2. When it is time to add new units (Spring 1902), you have to empty your country Home supply center (no units on there), or you will miss the chance to add units.
3. Supply Centers can be captured at every Fall (not every spring)
