Germany: (Not efficient, write it like Turkey)
a fleet at Kiel-Helgoland bight
an army at Munich,an other army at Prussia.

France: (Not efficient, write it like Turkey. Didn't specify which sea in Breast)
Burgundy and Marseilles will be occupied by ground armies.
Brest will have a fleet.

Italy:
1 army in Venezia
1 fleet in Tuscany, Gulf of Lyon
1 fleet in Napoli, Sea of Tyrhennian

Russia: (didn't specify which sea in Livonia)
A Warsaw
A Svestapol
A Moscow
F Livonia

England:
1 army london
1 fleet wales english channel
