If protected by the guardian, are we informed of it(we should be, I think)?

However, if we are, then when a wolf or vampire is attacked, and it fails, we automatically know they are a wolf/vampire, as it was not said they were protected by the guardian.

Maybe you should make it a 100% chance for monsters to kill other monsters.

agrees. Even if you don't announce it. the other side will know that their previous target is a monster. they will have a hard time trying to convince the townies to lynch them without revealing themselves. so I think its better to have a 100% kill

Good question, here is how it works:

All the Night kills attempts will have their own history or back ground... example

The wolves decide to attack the Bartender, but he is being protected by the guardian, the attack won't simply fail, since there is going to be a reason of why the attack failed: Your target was lucky cause all of a sudden a fog appeared and they where lost until sunrise >_> or they had an attack of diahrrea, also your target may escape... The Guardian Angel is a person that astro proyect themselves out of their bodies and use his/her spirit form to save those in need.

Note: Remenber some roles can protect themselves in other ways, (Mansons with their Poker night), but that ability can not be used in a daily basis >_>

On the other hand Vampires and Wolves use their own powers for avoid the attack:

Vampires decide to attack a Wolve, but the Wolve discovers them before they can attack him, He then transform into a werewolf and manages to escape, by either running away or fighting the attackers and making them run for their lives.

In this way, even if you manage to avoid the Attack, the monsters that attacked you will clearly know that you are a monster and the only sure way they can kill you is if they manage to put the town againts you.

PS: I really didn't wanted to start in a weekend, I kinda expected Hanuls game to have ended like 2 days ago >_>, but we can start this Sunday, if no one other than me haves something againts it

In that case, I personally think you should tell us of all the roles that are able to save themselves, to avoid confusion later on. Likely, later in the game, townies will automatically kill anyone that survives an attack for this very reason.

In this way, even if you manage to avoid the Attack, the monsters that attacked you will clearly know that you are a monster and the only sure way they can kill you is if they manage to put the town againts you.

Or, they could just attack the next night.

At the same time, going after someone worth killing, but you might not be able to kill, also frustrates the thief's ability(a good thing for them), plus, fingering the monster makes them targets of the monster's friends. And targets of the townies, when they see one of the failed kills that dies also happens to be a monster, and was fingered by a small group at first. No, lynching is decidedly Not safe.

well that is exactly what the monsters need to figure out, also when did I said I was going to write down when an attack failed? >_> If an attack fails the only ones that will know about it are the attackers, the target, and the guardian (If the target was saved by the Guardian powers) If they want to narrate what happened or (Copy Paste) my words then so be it, but that is ultimately their choice


I mean how in the world would a person that is sleeping in his home would know that (insert person here) was attacked and managed to escape? that is something that only the victim can reveal...

But you can easily find a dead body in the town scuare, I mean the dead body won't go anywhere >_>

The game will start with Day Zero (why Zero?) Well Sundays are for social entertainment >_> anyway I will use the first 24 hours Sunday 1 PM EDT to Monday 1 PM EDT to have a day Zero, in day Zero no one can use their powers, no one can Kill, day Zero is to have the first victim IE ME, development of the History of the town, and more important than anything clear any doubt about your role powers, abilities, etc

Is a get to know your team mates, (for the mansons, monsters, etc) and a get to know the freaks that live in this town, for the rest of the players.
