Yet again, the townies had gathered around a single zombie target: flash. As a few of the remaining male townies dragged the protesting creature to the centre of the square, the others watched calmly. The white cat shrank back into the shadows at the sight of the person, mewing softly.
"Another zombie," adonai explained.
"You have it wrong," flash protested. "I'm not a zombie, I swear."
"...but we know you are."
"I'm not, really! You have it wrong! You're lying!"
flash continued to protest until his head was promptly removed and flew across the square, landing on the doorsteps of yoda's house - the resident just stared in blank shock. The townies watched the body twitch and finally fall to the ground, quickly fading into the slight breeze.
"That's another one," someone said.
And everyone went to sleep, feeling much better.
The morning, however, brought no comfort. On the steps of the church, magazines strewn around his half-eaten body, lay StealDragon. As bipolargraph and irecinius silently dragged his body away, a few people shook their heads sadly.
"We'll miss him," Chaoswind said sadly. "He knew so much about breasts."
Well, and he was a nice person too.
