You know what,
Turkey does have a person that does all the hard work, that you have mentioned. Becuase he did a really good job I hardly noticed any slip-up, I think you know whom I'm talking about.

Even if Turkey & Russia had an alliance...

Turkey can only control turkey armies.

Russia can only controls russian armies.

They CAN help each other out though.

Ex:
Russia tells me they want:
A. Bulgaria (Russian) => attack => A. Greece

Turkey tells me they want:
A. Serbia (Turkey) => support => A. Greece.

Italy tells me they want:
A. Greece (Italy) => hold.

---This will result in Russia winning Greece.

HOWEVER.
If Turkey told Russia that they'll support A.Bulgaria but in actuallity Turkey wrote something to me like
A. Serbia => attack => Trieste.

Then, Russia would not receive the support it expected and would end in a stalemate against Italy. Meanwhile, Turkey would gain Trieste.

Note: I do not enforce any alliances or backhand agreements.

you have me all worried now as to if they both sent you orders to attack me.

Ic ah well I think I have just neglected the first rule.
This is not what I've desired, I'm really sorry Russia, but this agreement is not reached as this will not benefit Turkey at all.
But I'm always open for any suggestion that we both can benefit from.

EDIT: Hanul, I can make sure that Turkey won't attack you, unless we are being attacked.

Why not make Russia a Turkish proctorate/vassal?You let Russia live,and Russia takes orders from you.It's win-win.They have to consult you in everything they do,and you let them live.

I wish it could work out that way Hanul,
but right now I have to take care our base in the safest possible way.
I believe Russia also has their own agenda and I don't want to dictate any other country.

An example is just an example and only an example.

I don't want to get orders from Country Y trying to command Country X's troops. That's just plain silly.

Yeah but b/c of this,I've grown extremely paranoid to this game b/c of this game.I'm taking any mentioning of Italia as a possible hint towards Italia.Like ven if you use me as an example and only for an example,I'll definately interpret that as a possible msg of whats to come.
