How would that work, your individual orders wouldn't make sense by themselves, and they might even contradict each other (two armies moving to the same spot, etc).

Forming a group plan is pretty hard though, no one's around at the same time.

Well like in teams,everyone has their own personal agenda,like the factions in the roman republic,theyre on the same side,but theyre against each other.
Thats what I'm pretty much talking about,like you said 2 armies going after the same spot,it would be like 2 factions competeting for the same area.Like the teams are just a mutual alliance between the players untill the other teams are destroyed.And if no ones around at the same time,that makes it harder with the possibilities of backstabbing/civil strife
