Bash Tazmo exists for flaming Tazmo already.
And flames aren't usually pre-planned. They, just happen by accident so I odn't think you can actually control something like flames.

I have been on a site that had an entire forum dedicated to issues... like moral debates, politics, and whatnot. At the time there was also a war section for actual flames (as this was about four or five years ago), but the idea of an issues forum could work, seeing as Chat is basically turning into one.
Somehow putting flames and debates into Bash Tazmo just doesn't work. Besides, those who frequent that area tend to use lots of personal attacks, which easily make a debate degenerate into mindless bashing. I don't know if a serious debate could occur there.
