Meh, sometimes you just feel too tired to flame or just plain tired of flamming. ^^;;

I think you mod should put like a little comment on each manga, if its complete or drop or continue.

Poor that guy.. I think there was just a big misunderstanding... But, what the heck if the prosecution has left the court anyway.
But, I think moderator will always need for "keeping the atmosphere alives"

completed series has the little blue coloring, so that issue is solved.

to find out if a manga has been dropped, it's not that hard to search. www.manganews.net or www.dailymanga.org will tell you instantly by looking at the last date a series was released.
