Instead of just locking almost everyones post, how bout helping them or even just direct them to somewhere/one/website which can.
I have a download speed problem and i am sure there are many who also have the same problem. Why are the downloads so slow? At times it even stalls..... Best rates are ~4kbs only..... All i wanna know is if your servers are capped at such bizarre rates or if the problem is on my side and what can be done about it.....

Kevin keeps locking the posts 'cos asshats like yourself think they're above reading and abiding by the rules. If you had bothered to spend some of your oh so valuable time reading the rules, you would know that people who don't post in the required format, ask stupid questions or ask questions that have already been answered elsewhere, will just be ignored.
Slow download rates? I can download just fine, here is a tip, you are probably downloading at a peak time (nothing slows down a server quite like 82000 people all trying to access at once), so change the time at which you download. If that doesn't solve your problem, run a virus and spyware scan. Can't find any virus' or spyware? Download and use a different program (I use AVG free edition).
And if you still have a problem, then you must be useing a 28K dial-up and a shared telephone line (and if this is true, then you are a complete morron and I wish I had ignored you).

Well, to get what they want, they have to obey the rules. Most people are real ingrates when it comes to these things. You can hardly blame the moderators/admins there for locking the bad threads.

As for the download speed, follow 98's post and don't download multiple things.
