split Download Requests & Recommendations
I think you should seperate the "Download Request" and the "Manga Recommendations" section.
They donīt seem that much related and after I saw dragonfly555s (twice) wrong placed request, I had to wonder if it isnīt a little confusing (at least if somebody doesnīt read the description).

I'd be okay with this. =) I think a lot of people thought they belonged there more than in General Anime/Manga, but a different subforum could definitely work and be more organized than it is now.
