Ladies and Gents,
I ask is there a chance we can get some more Mods. The Naruto section is starting to turn into a waste land again.
I know we have these guys(StopTazmo Manga Community! - Show Groups) and I am not trying to start something but, They all have multi threads to look after.

No one is going to take anything you have to say seriously or even positively if you don't cut the low brow insult bullshit. Either make a neutral statement or don't say anything.

As far as I know, ALL of us mods have an open door policy (I know I do). If you have any problem related to this site and/or its users, just let one of us know.

Slightly off-tangent, it seems to me that the underlying issue behind this is the different expectations of what a mod should be doing. Should they be proactive (i.e. actively patrol all of their forums, spot any problems, and immediately deal with the issue before any regulars spot it), or reactive (i.e. let the members self-regulate, and wait until a report or a complaint comes in before using their powers on behalf of that person)?
I think Henchy expects the Naruto forum mods to be proactive ("constantly work to improve your forum"), but it seems to me that the custom practiced among the StopTazmo mods is reactive instead ("if it ain't broke, don't fix it"). I'm not saying either one is wrong, but I thought it might be good to clarify the issue. Is there actually an official stance on this? Or is it really up to the individual mod's style?
