Thread: Submitting files for upload

I was going to submit Love Celeb chapter 15 but on every forum thread the posting rules says "you may not post attachments". I wanted to know how can I submit a file for upload? It is a zip file.

This is not possible. It would cause us too many problems if we were to just accept files from anyone and we would not be able to verify it's authenticity. If you can though, let us know where we can find the chapter so we can upload it.
