There was test feed, for a while, but it hasn't been updated since April. It was less useful to me than I thought it would.
Today is always the most enjoyable day. Just ask Yotsuba.

Yes, the URL might change though. It never really went public I only used it for a little testing on a few scripts of mine. Before this summer is over though I plan on getting all the series their own RSS feed.
