Thread: just wondering

It seems that the edit button is missing from some of my older posts.

Is this something new? I never seemed to experience this before (I've edited post of mine that were months old).

It's not really a problem in my opinion I was just wondering why it was implemented since it would seem to have a lot less use than the 10posts before link or the 60 seconds rule when it comes to dealing with trolls and spammers.

The limit to edit posts was changed to 5 days I believe a while ago.

Ahhh, that might explain the problem in School Rumble. Is it true that if a mod edits your post, you can't edit it anymore? (Assuming you aren't a mod in that forum.)

How long ago was this changed...?

A month ago my edits did nothing to stop members from editing their posts...hang on Digi, I'll come post in School Rumble, try editing my post and we'll see what happens.
