question

ok, is not really help so I don't think it goes into the help section I think this is the right place for it so here it is:

I'm working (still learning c++ ) on making a windows 32 console program for generating links for downloading manga for my website (all this because I'm lazy to code them my self). the deal is this if I wanted to post the code and ask for some feedback where could I placed the thread? and if game design is considered art does that mean if I make a mini game or a 3d graphic character am I allow to put it on the art (creative works) section?
