Ahh, that feels better now that I have my delt my first ban (its out of my system, I can calm down now).

2 weeks is the standard for this right?

There is no standard - all mods have different preferred bans (and some, like me, change the time depending on their mood =P). All that matters is:

1) This deserves a ban.
2) This deserves a ban longer than a few days. (Usually.)
