Thread: Question about reporting missing chapters

Kane -- a serious question, asked in the spirit of wanting to help improve this site. If someone notices chapters of a hosted series posted in the Latest Releases but not added to the hosted chapters, should that person mention it here? Or where? Or at all? And when? OTOH, what would help you the most?

In the past, I've not mentioned it, assuming that it'd get done in the next couple updates -- and sometimes it is, but othertimes it looks like it got completely overlooked. And given the insane number of hosted manga, you're doing a *insert-cuss-word-of-choice* good job of keeping up.

(I was going to use Koukou Debut and Maria-sama ga Miteru as examples, but seeing the curt response to another thread I'll refrain.)

That person should PM me or post in the help section so I will know about it. Which responses when you say curt are you talking about? I thought I was all up to date on missing chapters, except one or two I am still trying to track down.

Well, lessee -- ones I know of.

Latest Downloads has a couple chapters of Maria-same ga Miteru (20-21) which haven't been added to the main listing (which only goes up to ch17). The remaining ones can be found at Lililicious.

Koukou Debut main listing has through ch17. Latest Downloads has ch 19-22; I don't remember where I got ch18, but I think it was off there by a link that's no more. Boku-Tachi has it on IRC only.

Angel Diary main listing has through v2:c1. Latest Downloads has the rest through v3:c3, which is the latest release.

Beauty is the Beast main has through v2:c6. Lastest Downloads has the v3:c1-2, which is the latest release.

I though there was another, but I'm not finding it. (Boku no Marie has gone a couple chapters past where we're at, but I haven't found all of them.)

I don't suppose there's any chance we'll ever catch up on Touch or Rough? The former's up to ch207 and the latter's complete. I'd offer links to downloads, but adachifan.net, where I found them, is offline.

Edit: Ah, wait, the old, outdated Adachi Fan site still has links -- at least for Rough, and while the Touch section hasn't caught up as far as ST, Manga Download has them all.

B) I noticed the latest chapter of Bamboo Blade went to Latest Downloads (a couple days ago) instead of its section.

I think pseudorandom deserves LOTS of credit and thanks from everyone for being so observant and amazing with noticing missing chapters and updates. ^___^

Nah -- if I were amazing, I'd request we pick up the latest two chapters of Koukou Debut, which we're missing.
