Thread: Manga summary?

I think we don't need any summaries except for completed series.
what we need is a general description about a manga.
what genre is it,what is it about,short synopsis,how good is the art of it.some manga has a great story but bad art.

Uh, that's what manga summaries are. It's not a summary like you'd have to write for a class where you summarize the entire series of events.

He he, glad to see my idea is around some other ppl`s heads, since seeing a red manga title often makes me wonder about what is inside
And downloading a chapter here and there to see the scan quality, the story and such sometimes is a waste of bandwidth

well i was thinking that adding also the name of the authors might be a good thing...


sometimes people can easily identify the kind of drawings and the style just by reading the authors name.

for instance if i read that this manga is made by Oh Great! i am almost 99% sure i'll find a lot of fan service and that the drawing style will be the same more or less of other series i have already read from this author...

im sure all of those ideas would be easily implemented in the regular manga summaries without a problem.
