Well, I looked up every single series that wasn't blue or green on Manga-Updates - I couldn't find some of them, but I did find the vast majority and compiled a near-complete list of completed series:

*Angel Wars
*Arigatou
*Apocalypse Meow
*Beloved Teddy Bear
*Blind Point Lake
*Blue Heaven
*Bokko
*Boogiepop Doesn't Laugh
*Brothers
*Candy Life
*Caramel Diary
*Chizumi and Fujiomi (it's supposed to have an omake, though)

*Bernie's Drawing Diary is missing chapters 3-6, but according to Manga-Updates, the series is complete.
*Boys N Girl is listed as being complete on Manga-Updates at 5 volumes, but it doesn't list the chapters - has anyone read this, and is it complete?

Hope I didn't miss any. ^_^

Well, I didn't search Nanaki. It's just such a wonderful series that the day the last chapter came out I started crying because I wish it hadn't ended (and then went to read it 'cause Ao looked so adorable with his hair down. =3).

Allegro Agitato, My Boy X My Love, and Samurai Baby are also complete, according to the scanlators (Shoujo Magic). Otherwise, that's everything I know of (plus a few I didn't).

Yeah, they're complete, though it's not easy to confirm that. Especially since they both have ambiguous endings.

Oh wait -- one more: Ai-Ren is also completed (which can be confirmed both through Manga Updates and the notes in the final chapter).

Okay, yer right -- Manga Updates doesn't specifically say the scans are completed. Though with nine chapters in the final volume out, taking us through ch 43, it'd be a good guess. But yes, that ch 43 is a definitive conclusion. (If you haven't read the series, do -- it's one of the best that ST hosts, IMNSHO. Have tissue box handy, though.)
