Bad translations. It's a problem in all mangas. You have to deal with some chapters being really horribly translated, because some idiot decides to take on the job and not put everything into proper English that is understandable.

I've found that most everything I download on this site has bad days, and that's okay. I can take some typos (we all make them, we're just human) and I can take some mistranslation, it happens.

BUT AT LEAST PROOF-READ IT.

You SAY you all have proof-readers, but that's not true. It can't be. Because I haven't had a single good chapter of One Piece in understandable English for about a week now!

So, get an intelligent proof-reader or something. None of us should have to put up with horrible translations just for the sake of reading a good manga.

Proper English would be wasted on someone who doesn't know how to read anyway. I could tell you what you should be reading, but I'm not going to. Honestly, it's painfully obvious and you should be able to figure it out yourself.

Yes, we have proofreaders at StopTazmo. It would, however, be more helpful to them if you actually went to the sites of the scanlation groups they were in to post your idiotic complaint. As it is, you're missing many, many proofreaders who don't visit StopTazmo because of... narrow-mindedness, I suppose.

Maybe you should join a scanlating team yourself... to help them out AND get the facts instead of throwing your opinion around like the uninformed little shit you are.

How about being greatful for what the translators provide you. If you think you can do better then by all means do. Fan translators don't get paid for our work, we give up our free time for you. If you're not happy with the job we do, try learning Japanese and doing it yourself, using up your free time so you can be criticised by ungreatful little gits too. Sometimes we do get things that don't make sence in English but some translators prefer to leave it as it is to keep to the original script.
We don't have to do this you know, we could all stop and let everyone wait until its published in english where the script has probably been horribly edited and americanised.
