Thread: Download Restriction isn't exactly 15 secs? Revived

I still don't understand you really shouldn't lock a thread with out know weither I get the point, if you saying a specific browser then

How is my browser doing that im using firefox.... if anything IE would mess that up. Is there a fix to this if not it would be unfair to people using that browser if you ask me..

if your saying all the browsers then why not fix it?
