Thread: Download Restriction isn't exactly 15 secs?

I downloaded a file used a timer and tried after 15 seconds and it still wouldn't let me download it took 40 seconds just to download another one 15 is one thing but 40? i tested it again and just waited 40 seconds and it worked?

When you click a link, a cookie is set on your browser for 15 seconds. The reason you can't download is because of an issue with your browser and computer for some reason not clearing the expired cookies like they should I was told.

There is nothing we can do for you.

How is my browser doing that im using firefox.... if anything IE would mess that up. Is there a fix to this if not it would be unfair to people using that browser if you ask me...
