I don’t think there is any point in banning these type of people. I really need to get Brian to make that English test or forum rules test or something … going to have to do some thinking this week about what we can do.


EDIT: I think I might have figured something out … I will force you to login to download, once that’s done all accounts are limited to 1kb/s. In order to increase your download limit you have to answer simple questions about our forum rules.

Yes. Don't worry. After 30 seconds of reading the rules and yes I would give you the threads to read, your speeds would increase while everyone else who can't read would be stuck at 1kb/s.
