Thread: DearS Scanlations

I originally posted this in the request section, but I was told this one (the Feedback section) would be the correct section to place it.

The purpose of this thread is that I want to know if we are still going to get DearS scanlations.

I'm asking because the last scanlation was uploaded 3 months ago. That scanlation chapter (the 19th one) was part of the 4th volume of DearS manga (that chapter happened to be the first chapter of that volume), while the manga is already by the 8th volume.

In case it is not going to updated (the DearS scanlations): Can anyone please tell me where I can download the rest of the DearS manga? If that's possible.

I was sure we had the latest dears chapters. I will check later tonight and if we are missing dears, I will have them uploaded tomorrow.

Thank you very much. The site has the scanlations up to chapter 19, wich is the first chapter of the 4th volume, but the manga is already in the 7th volume, and the 8th volume comes out in July 11th.

Are there actual scanlations out for DearS past chapter 19? If there are not, I don't think there is anything we can do about this - and I did tell you that in Requests. StopTazmo hosts manga; it does not scanlate it, so there is nothing we can do if another group is slow.

I don't think anything higher than 19 is out. I have yet to find anything higher that's translated in English at least.

I guess this is my fault for using the incorrect term. I really don't care if the scans are in english or not (I said scanlations, I know, sorry for that).

I've heard that there are scans in japanese, just that I haven't managed to find them. Regarding the scanlations, I've heard that the only team that scanlated DearS lost its translator, so they temporary stopped until they find a new one. But I've also heard, that most likely they might continue the scanlations of DearS next month, or at the end of this one.

Ah. Well, we only host scanlations in English here... if you're looking for other ones, posting in Download Requests was actually the right thing to do. ^_^

Actually, just wondering - I have no record of you posting this in Download Requests. Perhaps you posted this in Misc. Series (I check that forum too) and that's why you received the comment about wrong section? There are records of you posting this topic there, that is....
