No. "Favorite" is opinionated...
Even "Most downloaded" can be misleading, because maybe one series has more chapters or volumes or is just well known and has been around for a while other (and still good) series languish in the dark. OR maybe other people have an alternate site to download it from...
So basically its all just opinion and hearsay.

yes but it would be nice to have a rank system that everyone can vote to see the majority's favorite manga or the most popular manga
