Rules for this forum

Can like, rules be made in this place to to decrease the number of newbies requesting new mangas or make a thread off topic.
Just for those of the kind that need to read.

But I think not all like to read/look at rules...

They might not like it, but I'm sure some would read, and they couldn't whine about getting banned for being an idiot if the rules were posted.

But if you read ANYTHING at all on the rest of the site, you know those rules already. I think that while good in theory, it wouldn't work out, because these people obviously aren't even looking at what happens to others who do the same thing, and they've already ignored the main site rules, and the stickies elsewhere. Adding another layer to it probably won't help.

All though that is true about reading the original rules, since they basically apply for all of the forum topis i don't think it would hurt to have them posted in this section
