example:

naruto volume 2 (i think this would make it a little easier and more user friendly)

yeah it does make it more user friendly but do remember that this is a free site so we can't really ask something that would be too time consuming for the mods. also, u could refer to this link if u want to organize ur manga: http://www.stoptazmo.com/showthread.php?t=658

Not to mention the fact that kane would have to go through every damn chapter to find out which goes in which volume. Thats a good few months of solid work there.
Not to mention the fact that this has been brought up before and it's quite clear you don't know how to look for anything.
thats a huge amount of work considering how much is hosted here.. again if you want that info google is the right tool.
well, for whom is it more work? for the reader, who just organizes a few mangas? or for the admin, who organizes ~150 mangas? im astonished at all the work they put in getting that many mangas up, so let them work for quicker uploads (which are good already) than for volume division.

Also, StopTazmo doesn't really upload the manga... they host them. Not release.
It's really not that difficult as most translators have the decency to name the pictures by volume, chapter and page. Rock on!
