Since Black Cat is finished (thanks to the editing crew especially Tokiyasama!) shouldn't the Manga Link of it in a Blue Highlight. You know just making sure it is a Completed Series.

There is an extra chapter which you can find under the lastest donwloads section look for black_cat_chapterXX. Other than that the series is complete.

Well the series is complete but I found in this site (fzdm.com/manhua) that Black Cat actually has 2 special chapters and SToptazmo only has one.
