Now that we've seen all the aces and stand-out highschool players in Japan, which matchups would you like to see the most? Shin vs. Akaba? Riku vs. Panther? Gaou vs. Agon? Post your matchup and a prediction of who would win!

EDIT: Ah, and this applies to teams as well--if you wanted to see the Kyoshin Poseidon vs. the NASA Shuttles, for example.

Shin vs Agon - Winner: Shin

Ikkyu vs Tetsuma - Winner: Ikkyu

Marco vs Panther - Winner: Marco

Hmm, Shin vs. Agon would certainly be interesting. Shin is the strongest linebacker in terms of both speed and strength. At best, Agon is an equal match.

However, he does have the God-speed impulse which Shin admitted was beyond human ability, as well as amazing athletic ability (ah, alliteration) in general. It's possible that Agon could win if he trained just as hard as Shin does.

~Yamato vs. Shin~ The best defensive player against the "real" Eyeshield 21. If that's not a legendary matchup then you're an idiot.

right now all i wanna see is Hiruma vs Karin. and maybe yamato vs shin. but i dun like yamato, so.. =/

That would indeed be a legendary matchup. If Sena is indeed faster than Yamato is, that would naturally mean Shin is faster. Shin is far from being the strongest player (Gaou), but he's pretty darn powerful for his size (to put this into perspective, Shin benches 140kg, while his teammate Ootawara benches a mere 5kg more at 145). In terms of pure destructive power, even Agon admitted during the Devilbats/Oujou game that he would be blown away by the Trident Tackle. Makes you wonder what Yamato has that Shin doesn't.

I don't like Yamato either. He's acting like he's god, predicting things. Well, i wanna see Shin or Agon kick his ass.
