Thread: If this happens I might just drop the manga.

Gaou Vs. Kurita last dramatic epic battle lots of small flashbacks and then:

Kurita: Nghhh must protect!!!!
Gaou: grrrrr...must destroy!!!!
Kurita wins
Gaou:huh
Kurita: I did it
Marco: but how.....?
Mushagi or someone: for you see Gaou only uses the power of desruction while Kurita uses the strength he gets fom his temmates. it is the power to protect which blah blabla.....
Marco: no..
that thin guy: I can't exept this Gaou how...
Gaou: hmmmm
and so on

If something as stereotype as this happens.....what would you think?

It realy kinda did happen........ well thats it for me and this manga.

Not really, actually. Gaou just got another power-up. Apparently he is starting to become a bit more like Kurita, fighting for his teammates and not himself.

I don't know what you expect, this is a shounen sports manga after all. On top of that, as cliche as it is at this point, the whole "Kurita powers up to protect his friends" is completely appropriate given his position and his personality. It hardly seems to be reason enough to drop this manga, considering how much it stomps most other shounen series right now.

if that kind of thing was a big deal I would have given up with Manga and Anime during the battle against Vegeta during Dragon Ball Z, it happens all the time so you might as well get used to it

The only reason Kurita won was because he has three whole years of experience, or else Gaou would have won.

he had only one year experience on Gaou. at Deimon u can only play two years(so far). but what i think is he won because hes fat XD. fat people have unbelievable pushing power(dont mean to offend anyone).
