i dont really understand why no one checks if any of them are using steroids i mean theyre so overpowered yet no one checks if theyre doped.

It's a shonen manga where the best catcher is a monkey, the smartest person is a devil, and the strongest person is a fatty. Do you really expect much realism with this background?

Besides, I'm a fan of Eyeshield21, espacially Hiruma, the devil. However, Hiruma should be the coach, not a player. Even though he is talent, being a coach he can contribute more to the team. Eyechield will be nothing when Hiruma is not around
