interesting... so he won't dive. but at this time, it must mean he needs to get past marcoh somehow. once that happens, i suppose deimon has won ?
no.although kurita is on par how can he stop gaou when it's hakushuu's turn to attack? It's not like he has to protect anyone at that time....man I hate thoughts like hakushuu is just those three....the match between oujou and shinryuuji were impressive and a good cliffhanger...

Don't make Haruhi-sama sad!!!
^Exactly. But, if you look at those matches, they isolated players more than they should have too. It's just the mangaka's tendency, I guess. Shinryuuji limited down to Agon, Unsui, and Ikkyu, even though the rest of their team was monstrous as well. Oujou's linemen who were all selected as the best 11 didn't even get the light of day against the Ha-Ha bros, Kurita, and Komusubi. That was just an ignored battle.
^
i agree; the "best eleven" thing was a big letdown. the mangaka showed how awesome the defense was in the very first chapter of that arc, and then they pretty much disappeared.
Yeah, but at least the White Knight and the Nagas were still there against Deimon's line- they never had an easy run. While Hakushuu have NOTHING beyond Gaou and Marco (now that Kisaragi is out). Nothing at all. If Kurita can adequately hold off Gaou and Sena can beat Marco, then Inagaki needs to either invent more players out of nowhere, or it's all over bar the shouting (with Deimon's win).
By the way, I think I can safely say "I told you so". Musashi admitted that Sena is now in charge of all Deimon's plays. Even if Sena calls for democracy, Musashi said that what Sena decides, goes. So the game really comes down to Sena's leadership, not anyone else. He can take advice or suggestions from people, but he's the leader now.
By the way, is anyone betting that something will happen between Sena and Suzuna at the end of this match?

But getting past Gaou is not such an easy task. Also, just because the rest of the team sucks doesn't mean Deimon will get to sweep otherwise. Like I said before, the expertise of the rest of Deimon might just be ignored like what happened with Shinryuuji and Oujou.
Yeah.
Didn't think of it. Actually, I kinda doubt it, considering how little romance we actually see in the manga, but if there is any time we will see significant action between the two, it will be after this game.
Yes, Kurita revived. He has much stronger will power now. But what if Gaou never uses his 100% power during any match as his current power level is enough to break any players on the field? Then, the problem will be going back to devil bats. Devil bats can't rely on Kurita and Sena only. Sena could break down due to lack of stamina for running the whole time. Remember the semi-final match? He almost break down. Just his will power support him. Maybe the combination between Sena and Monta could be a weapon to gain more points.
Don't think it would happen.Originally Posted by Arcane Azmadi
Still, Marco and the other guy are still a problem. Marco is only half-solved thanks to Hiruma and going out of bounds strategy. Monta is in the worst predicament ever since Sakuraba before the Devil Backfire.
^How so (about Monta)? Kisaragi is off the field and now only Gaou and Marcoh need to be defeated.
