When he said “lots of them passed, that’s going to be a bit hard to handle. Especially that one”.

he MIGHT refer "that one" to Hiruma. It also lies to the fact that:
1. Hiruma takes more pride in winning by comparisson to Sena, that's why he said that
2. Hiruma's phone rang right after the ceremony ends
3. They might have the same hair colour and style
4. It seems they have great affinity to football

all I know is that hiruma family have a lot of money - normal guns, helicopters,
bombs,bazukas,a lot of laptos,camaras everywhere,airplane tickets for all the team members. and the list only gets bigger =.="
